The Rebuilding process involves the opening of the ball joint and removing all the old, worn bushes.  

We machine and clean the ball and shaft, repair the thread, size up the ball and remanufacture a new bush to size.

We then press fit and seal the ball joint closed again.

The bushes are machined, using a high-quality engineering plastic.

This method is a far better option to choose and carries a 1-year warranty. 

Down time 1-2 days depending on the workload.
